By accessing or using Reins ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Reins is a barn management and AI-powered equestrian coaching platform that allows trainers and riders to manage horses, track performance, schedule events, and receive AI-generated video analysis feedback. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Reins reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI-generated analysis and feedback provided by Reins is intended as a supplementary training tool only. It does not constitute professional veterinary, medical, or coaching advice. Always consult a qualified equestrian professional before making training or health decisions for you or your horse. Reins is not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
By uploading videos or other content to Reins, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the analysis service. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Reins does not share your videos with third parties except as required to operate the service.
Your use of Reins is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. By using Reins, you consent to such processing.
You agree not to use Reins to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's functionality; or (d) use the service for commercial resale without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reins and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or injury to persons or animals.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App.
